![]() ![]() Adan Aguilera listened patiently to my set up instructions and with kindness asked if we would like the OSU license plate on the hearse (which wasn't moving, my brother was cremated). For instance, when I showed them the centerpieces that I wanted (all OSU theme, different for each table), one was a OSU license plate that my brother was known for. ![]() Honestly, even with a few tiny tiny blips (I'm Type A), I felt they would go out of their way to make it even better. They were careful to note the colors I wanted for the tables etc. Again, she and the entire team listened and gave positive feedback about making the reception reflect my brother (we did an Ohio State University theme). She also was patient, kind and she too was also quick to respond to emails, updates & requests. Annie Korn was my point of contact for catering and the reception. Jill Davis was my main point of contact and she was compassionate and patient through the entire process from booking The Little Chapel of Roses (highly recommend for small venue), which is GORGEOUS, calming, peaceful and unique, to having a theme based reception immediately afterwards. I (his sister) live in Annapolis, Maryland and had to find and arrange the memorial remotely, all via email and phone calls. My brother died unexpectedly (only 48 yrs old). ![]()
